Using vocab dash
vocab dash is for learning languages. Don't use it to break the law or harm others, don't try to get into other people's accounts, and don't attack or overload the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may change or discontinue any part of vocab dash.
Your content
Anything you add, such as decks and notes, stays yours. You give us permission to store and use it as needed to run vocab dash for you, and you confirm you have the right to add it.
Our content
vocab dash itself belongs to us. Dictionaries and other material from third parties are used under their own licences, listed on the About page. You may use vocab dash for your own learning and teaching.
AI features
The AI helper can be wrong, so check anything that matters. If you connect your own AI provider, its terms and charges apply.
No warranty
vocab dash is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data. If you got the app from an app store, the store isn't a party to these terms and isn't responsible for the app. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to its own courts or protections.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll let you know in the app about any change that matters. Continuing to use vocab dash after a change means you accept it.
